Yes. Accounts may be suspended, restricted or terminated for fraud, vote manipulation, prohibited content, infringement, abuse, security threats or other violations of the platform rules.

Uploading, ownership and content standards
Upload a clear, captivating 1–3 minute video that genuinely showcases your talent. This may include singing, dancing, comedy, acting, storytelling, rap, fashion, DJ performances or another approved creative category.
Yes. You retain ownership of your original content. By uploading it, you grant Lumina Echos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote it through the platform, website, social media and marketing channels as described in our Terms and Conditions.
Content must not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights or contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful material. Lumina Echos may remove unsuitable content.
Send a copyright complaint through our Contact page. Include your contact details, proof of ownership or authority, the location of the content and an explanation of the alleged infringement.
Voting, Competitions & Rewards
Fair participation and winner verification
Rankings may be based on valid votes, valid views and any additional requirements published for a specific competition. Invalid or manipulated activity does not count and may be removed.
No. Bots, automated voting tools, fake accounts, purchased votes and other forms of manipulation are strictly prohibited. Lumina Echos may reset votes, disqualify entries and suspend any accounts involved.
No prize is final until the talent's identity, eligibility, engagement authenticity and compliance with all applicable platform and competition rules have been verified.
A reward may be delayed while suspected fraud, manipulation, ineligibility or rule violations are investigated. It may be cancelled if a material violation is confirmed.
